For ease of installation, Cat^® C2.8 and C3.6 IPU engines provide full aftertreatment mounting, an integrated cooling system, a full wiring harness and mounting for the ECM and fuel filter. The power units are ready to install into your machine with minimal engineering or design work.

Highly integrated, time-efficient engine solutions

Stay in control and get ahead of the competition with the expanded range of lightweight and compact IPU’s operating in the 55-100kW power range. The C3.6 also provides a multi-rating flash file which can be configured to suit many power nodes for flexibility.

EU Stage V Emissions Compliant

The C2.8 and C3.6 IPU engines are common rail direct injection engines with a turbocharged or turbocharged aftercooled air system meeting EU Stage V, U.S. EPA Tier 4 Final and Japan 2014 (Tier 4 Final) emission standards.
