Get free shipping and delivery of your parts kit to your designated location. You can change the delivery method of your CVA parts at any time by contacting your local Cat dealer. Get parts when promised — or we pay. If for some reason the part is not available by the promised date, we'll help cover costs by giving you Cat Credits for the value of the late part up to $1,0001. Have a dedicated team monitoring machine hours to ensure on-time service scheduling, so you can focus on running your business. Benefit from locked-in preventative maintenance costs. You pay today’s price for planned maintenance with a predictable expense for the length of your contract.
