Cat® Remote Asset Monitoring (RAM) Subscription Offers
Take advantage of one of two complimentary Cat® RAM subscription offers and protect your generator set investment.
1. Connect your electric power asset and receive a complimentary 1-Year Standard subscription.
Or
2. Purchase or renew one of our flexible service agreements. Choose a Customer Value Agreement (CVA) with coverage for 1 to 4 years or a Long-Term Service Agreement (LTSA CVA) with coverage for 5 years or more. With either plan, you’ll receive a complimentary 1-Year Intermediate subscription level that monitors a higher number of data parameters.

Promotion is valid January 1, 2024 - December 31, 2024.
Complimentary remote monitoring subscriptions are only available at participating Cat dealers. Hardware purchase may be required to activate free subscription. Purchases must occur by December 31, 2024. Offer subject to availability.
Standard subscription is complimentary for all assets subscribed to Electric Power Cat Remote Asset Monitoring (RAM).
Includes Caterpillar and non-Cat brand assets.
Intermediate subscription is complimentary with a qualified Customer Value Agreement (CVA). CVA must be at least 1yr to 4yrs coverage. Long-Term Service Agreement (LTSA) must be 5yrs or more coverage. Caterpillar assets only. With purchase of new or renewal of a CVA or LTSA plan coverage. This promotion is valid for the duration of the CVA or LTSA coverage.
