Search for Cat® Parts Online

Signing in to Parts.Cat.com is easy and straightforward. If you already have a login for another Caterpillar application — such as My.Cat.com or SIS — simply use your existing username and password. If not, it only takes a few steps:

1. Open the sign in/register link and click to create an account.

2. Enter your zip code and select the location you want to order from.

3. Complete the registration form and click to create the account.

You’ll receive an email confirmation when your registration is complete. You can see more about the registration process in this video:

Once you’ve signed in, there are a number of ways to quickly locate the parts you need: 

• If you know the part numbers, use the quick order or part number search options.

• If you know your Equipment Serial Number, the digital parts manuals and serial search number options will be the most helpful.

• If you have none of the above information, you can still find the right items by shopping by category or using the general search option.

You can customize your parts buying experience and speed up the checkout process. To access these settings:

1. Log in, and click on your name in the top menu bar to access your account summary.

2. Use the dealer settings menu to choose a default dealer location or default account to open automatically when you sign in.

3. Configure the start page and quick checkout settings to set up additional default options.

4. Choose your delivery preference to select pickup and delivery options.

Parts.Cat.com allows you to save lists of parts for later use and for repeat orders. These frequent order lists are saved with your account so you can access them anytime you’re logged in.

1. Add parts to your shopping cart. You can load individual parts, quick orders or parts manuals orders, or repeat purchases from your order history.

2. Click the save icon and choose the option to save to a frequent order list.

3. Name your list, choose a share option and click save.
