Cat® Command

What if you could control equipment without anyone in the cab? Cat® Command technology allows operators to run equipment remotely, within line of sight of the machine or even from a distant work station. For your jobsite, that means opening up a whole range of new possibilities — for safe operation in hazardous areas, improved sight lines in challenging applications, enhanced productivity by putting operators in more comfortable settings and allowing one operator to manage multiple machines at the same time. Achieve greater autonomy in your work with Cat Command.

BENEFITS FOR YOUR JOBSITE

Cat Command gives operators control while outside the machine – from a safer vantage point with a greater view of the tasks ahead. Through remote work stations, both inside and outside of the quarry, your team can cast a wider net for high-quality talent. With added flexibility, you'll have a more confident and committed workforce.

KEEP YOUR GOALS IN SIGHT –– ON SITE AND OFF

Cat Command comes in two configurations: an operator station for working from a long distance and a remote console for operating within line of sight of the machine. Both choices increase efficiency. Dozing projects, for example, can move up to 30% more material per shift.

Work Off-Site with an Operator Station

In non-line-of-sight applications, operators control up to three machines at a remote operator station — at another site, another state or halfway around the world. The flexibility of the Command operator station attracts skilled workers from outside locations, veterans with disabilities and other talent who may have been excluded from on-site work.

ON-SITE WITH LINE-OF-SIGHT COMMAND

In line-of-sight applications, operators remain in the quarry — controlling their machine from a distance of up to 400 meters away. With a portable and ergonomic over-the-shoulder console, operators have full command over their dozer, excavator or wheel loader with complete access to machine data, basic functions and integrated safety features.

WHAT CAT COMMAND DOES FOR YOU

See Cat Command in action. With applications for dozers, excavators and wheel loaders, we have a semi-autonomous solution for your quarry and aggregates needs.

of

Cat Command technology enhances your operators' experience. No matter where the operator is located – in a line-of-sight position or a non-line-of-sight command station – they can complete their tasks remotely with a variety of Cat machines, including the earth-moving D8T dozer. Get out of the cab and out of harm's way.

of

Moving along unstable surfaces, working by high walls, transporting hazardous materials and operating by the quarry face edge all pose serious concerns to the health of your team. The ergonomic, line-of-sight controls of Cat Command for Loading allows you to use machines, like the Cat 988K Wheel Loader, with confidence and ease.

of

Non-line-of-sight command technology gives your team the chance to increase payload while minimizing risk. Available for a wide range of machines – including Cat 926M, 930M and 938M Wheel Loaders and Cat 320, 323, 330, 336 and 340 Excavators – Command can revitalize the way you work.
