About the Safety Culture Excellence Workshop
The Safety Culture Excellence Workshop is designed to ensure that personnel from every level of the organization are familiar with the continuous improvement process and know that the process is understood and supported by all levels of leadership.
Participants will gain a basic understanding of why incidents happen, the essential criteria for a culture of safety excellence, the mechanics of an accountability-based management system, and an overview of the Zero-Incident Performance (ZIP™) Process and the formation of and expectations from employee-driven Continuous Improvement Teams.
