About the Safety Leadership Excellence Workshop
The Safety Leadership Excellence Workshop provides an overview of the four domains and fourteen elements of effective safety leadership derived from extensive research and validation by Caterpillar Safety Services.
Participants begin to understand how effective leadership drives a culture of safety excellence and what they can do to improve the safety excellence journey. Participants will be equipped with a high-level understanding of this methodology and will be able to create and implement several strategies to improve their individual safety leadership performance.
